At JPIN.CLOUD, we strive to provide reliable and high-quality hosting services. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase. Refunds apply only to first-time purchases of hosting plans. Renewals, domain registrations, SSL certificates, and other add-ons are non-refundable.
